In the past years, Victory’s pastors, cross-cultural workers, and campus ministers have been equipped through Every Nation Leadership Institute’s (ENLI) School of World Missions. This is where our ministers would undergo the one-year training program for their work in the ministry. A significant number of enrollees were entering the school each year to become future campus ministers. Seeing this potential for more campus ministers to be raised, and as a response to the need for more workers in the campuses, ENLI began its School of Campus Ministry.

The School of Campus Ministry offers a two-month specialized program, which focuses on essential topics for campus ministers. This program gives students a great opportunity to develop their individual abilities and practice certain skills such as critical thinking, creative planning, dynamic preaching, and Bible interpretation. Through engaging lectures and group discussions, students are encouraged to express themselves more, build relationships and learn from each other. This hands-on approach to their learning prepares them to become more effective and relevant life coaches, communicators, and counselors as they interact with young people in the campuses. More than just knowledge and skill, the school helps students grow in spiritual disciplines and character.

From its first run last June, the school has produced thirty new campus ministers who are currently serving in different campuses across the nation. This October, the school has started again with a new batch composed of twenty-two students.  We believe that as these men and women are equipped for their calling, God will work through them to make an impact in the lives of young people.

The School of Campus Ministry will be offering its program twice a year. And even as this opens the door to produce more campus ministers, the work does not end with the school. These ministers will be out in the campuses to help young people excel in their academics, develop leadership skills, be a positive influence in their community, and pursue a God-centered lifestyle.
