Victory is a Christ-centered, Bible-based, Spirit-empowered, disciple-making, mission driven church that exists to honor God and make disciples. It meets in thirteen locations in Metro Manila and has planted churches in over thirty-five other Philippine localities.

How We Got Started

In June of 1984, a team of sixty-five American university students led by Rice Broocks, Al Manamtam, and Steve & Deborah Murrell went on a one-month summer missions trip to Manila’s University Belt. Some 150 college and high school students committed their lives to Jesus after two weeks of evangelistic meetings. Today, there are over 29,000 students, professionals, and families that attend worship services in twelve diverse locations in Metro Manila.
